I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and approachable, making my experience enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, including a mamak restaurant, allowing me to easily find dining options. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, along with the attention to detail, such as a window high up in the room, added to the overall comfort of my stay.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

We loved the hotel's location near many restaurants, including Indian, Chinese, and Malay cuisine. We had no problem finding food for any mealtime, and some shops were even open 24 hours. It was great to have a 7eleven nearby too. The staff were very helpful and hospitable, especially the receptionist who made us feel welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel had filter water for each floor, which was a nice touch.

The room was larger than expected and the internet connection was reliable. the hotel also offered two complementary amenities which were much appreciated. the location was convenient, as it was situated near a major shopping center.

The hotel's cleanliness did not meet standards and the pillows were not fresh. the hotel staff was not accommodating and displayed poor attitudes.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to many restaurants and a shopping center. the separated shower and toilet rooms are practical and the internet connection is good. Some of the rooms are spacious and equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

Some of the staff have a bad attitude and the hotel has hygiene issues. Some rooms have no inside lock and can be dirty and dusty.

Great location near 24-hour food stalls, convenience stores, and various eateries offering a range of cuisines. The room was very neat and tidy, and offered a water dispenser with glasses and a pitcher. The bed was quite comfortable for a restful sleep.

The TV remote control was missing upon arrival and we couldn't get an extra pillow or a hot water jug for making our own drinks. The lift wasn't working, making it tedious to use the stairs to get to the floors upstairs.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Cheras area. The first thing that impressed me was the hotel's value for money. Considering the prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently near several restaurants and the place I was visiting. Another highlight was the comfortable rooms, which had windows that allowed for plenty of natural light.

All aspects of my stay were excellent.
